Our preferred brand is ZR-ZURIC, lead-calcium maintenance-free battery made using German technology. Other brands, such as Sail, Delkor Korea, Amaron and Exide,  are also available, subject to stock availability and customer preferences.

Upon arrival, we will check your current battery using our battery analyser to confirm if it’s a battery-related issue. In the event that we determine it is not a battery problem, or you decide not to proceed with the battery change, a service fee of $50 onward will apply. We will then advise you accordingly.

At Battery Express, we strive to arrive fast and solve your battery issues asap! Typically, we will arrive within 30 to 45 minutes. But it really depends on road traffic conditions and weather. We will keep our customers updated of our ETA, and will notify you 5 mins before we reach as well.

Yes, all car batteries sold by Battery Express comes with warranty. 12 months for Petrol/Passenger vehicles. 6 months for Diesel/Commercial Vehicles. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions, our Facebook Page, or your warranty card for more information.

If you encounter issues with your car battery within the warranty period, please contact us at 8200 4155to make an appointment for the battery to be returned for checks. For manufacturing defects, a 1-for-1 replacement will be provided.
